Local family run business of passionate property developers turned hospitality professionals.

Having always lived in Poole/Bournemouth, our local knowledge is second to none. What started out as a modest personal buy to let portfolio led us onto some extensive refurbishment and large multi-unit developments.

Looking to increase returns on our portfolio we turned to short stay serviced accommodation as a route to achieve this. Testing the local market as we went and slowly moving over our buy to let properties, this has been a very lucrative addition.

Taking a professional and systematised approach to the business has now allowed us to extend our management offering to other landlords and property owners.
